The challenge in this project lies in balancing the engineering development difficulty with the design team's expectations for design flexibility while accommodating the demands of the marketing team. We began by gathering comprehensive information to understand the difficulties and pain points of users. After integrating this information, we planned a configuration. We discussed this plan with the engineering team and proceeded to design a demo version, which was then delivered to the marketing team for confirmation of requirements. Finally, we validated the results with data provided by the PM after the sprint.
