We began by researching the market and interviewing our target audience to narrow our focus. Based on our team's skills:
We're using Unity for development, allowing us to quickly adapt to both platforms.
Designers are using Spine to create animations, generating Json files for the engineer, significantly reducing development time.
Leveraging existing AI tools for multilingual voice capabilities.
