Team members: 3 designers and 1 engineer.
Development time: 8-16 hours per week.
Goal: Launch a preschooler-friendly app in 3 months, available on both Android and iOS, with a subscription-based model.


We began by researching the market and interviewing our target audience to narrow our focus. Based on our team's skills:

  • We're using Unity for development, allowing us to quickly adapt to both platforms.

  • Designers are using Spine to create animations, generating Json files for the engineer, significantly reducing development time.

  • Leveraging existing AI tools for multilingual voice capabilities.
